Do I have to be a public company to get help?
No, a good number of our companies are private, crowdfunding and on the path to become public. Issuer Consulting is a great place to start on that journey.
Can I just pay for hourly consulting rather than one of these plans?
Yes, but our plans include discounts outside of our normal hourly rate.
How long does it take to go public?
It generally will take 9-12 months or so, depending on the company's current situation. We can assess in our initial consultation how long it should take.
Do you earn a commission?
No, we do not earn commissions or finders fees, only our flat-rate consultation fees.
What is the ROI of consulting with your firm?
We do not advertise any ROI or general metrics as each company's execution of the principles we teach is dependent upon them.
Is going public a good idea?
Going public provides many opportunities for growth, credibility, and additional investments, but it may be more difficult to be a public company. It depends on each company and their staff.
